Just 65 km from Hanoi, Perfume Pagoda is located in Ha Tay province which boasts the highest section of limestone mountains in Vietnam. The pagoda itself is situated in a huge cave built into limestone cliffs and can only be reached by boat as there are no roads. You glide along scenic waterways and walk up steep mountain paths, visiting the pagodas and temples built in this area over the centuries.

8h00 : Pick up travelers at your hotel fr0m 7.3 to 8.15 am. It takes 2 hours on the bus from Ha Noi to Yen river (Ben Duc wharf). You’ll take the boat from here. This is the highlight of the trip. You’ll enjoy the beautiful landscape on the both sides of the river. After 1 hour boat trip, you get to the first pagoda: Thien Tru (heaven kitchen), you do 2 km trek up. You’ll see some more pagodas on the way but you skip them because you should save time to trek to the last pagoda, the main and the biggest one: Huong Tich. Finally, you’re rewarded with a nice view of a big cave with many natural statues: gold tree, silver tree, mother’s breast…

12h00 : It takes 45 minutes to get down to Thien Tru whe-re you have lunch. Then take the boat from Thien Tru back to Ben Duc wharf whe-re you’ll get on the bus to drive back to Ha Noi.

18h00:  Arrive in Ha Noi by 6.30 pm. Note: Good shoes, hat, sunglasses, and long trousers. Tour includes: - Full transportation as tour program indicated. - Full meals as indicated in the itinerary. - English speaking guide.
