Sleep at homestay

Ta Phin now is also a famous destina-tion for trekking tours.

Night1: You will get pick up from your hotel and transfer to Hanoi railway station for overnight train to the border town of Lao Cai.

Day 1: Lao Cai - Sapa - Suoi Ho - Ma Tra - Ta Phin (B, L, D)

Arrive at Lao Cai railway station around 5am in the morning. You are welcomed by driver, then transfered to Sapa by bus. The bus ride uphill to Sapa takes a little over an hour, giving you glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. You will have breakfast at hotel before trekking through several minority villages along the way. The walk through rice paddy terraces is very enjoyable. Then you stop in Matra village of Black Hmong, where your lunch will be served on top of hill. After lunch, the trek will continue by going downhill toward Taphin village where you can meet Red Dao and Black H’mong minorities - two largest ethnic groups in Sapa. Your guide will tell you about daily life and tradition of these two ethnic minorities. When you arrive at homestay, you can take a rest or taking a walk around the village while your guide prepares dinner. Here you will have a unique homestay experience. Overnight at homestay.

Day 2: Ta phin - Mong Sen - Sapa - Lao Cai (B, L, D)

After breakfast, from Ta Phin, you will follow an untouched trail to some small Red Zdao villages where you start trekking uphill through a mountainous area. En route, you will have many opportunities to enjoy spectacular view over rice paddy terraces and cornfields. You will take a stop for lunch at a nice spot. Then have car or Jeep pick you up back to sapa. You will get fresh shower and have dinner at the restaurant. The car pick you up to Lao Cai staition. Get night train back to Ha noi. Finish the tour.

Note: You can stay in Sapa longer if you want.
